Found In A Viking Grave At Lillevang, Bornholm.
The Vikings Have Left Many Traces Behind In Foreign Settlements,
And They Have Brought To Denmark Imports From Many Countries.
The Woman Stereotyped Wore A Pair Of Shoulder Brooches Or Buckles, That
Would Fasten The Beautiful Material Often Woven With Silver And Gold Thread.
She Would In Addition Adorn Herself Richly With Bronze, Silver And
Gold Jewelry Imported, Or Manufactured By Danish Craftsmen.
They Roughly Simplified These Designs And Independently Developed Their Own Style.
