Delivery & Returns.
Order dispatch occurs Monday through Friday, with a 2 pm cut-off time for same-day dispatch, barring unforeseen circumstances. Please specify your preferred delivery option at checkout. Notably, weekend dispatch is not available.
Standard shipping utilizes Royal Mail 48, while expedited options offer quicker delivery. International shipments are trackable. Address changes post-dispatch are not feasible. Please be aware that post-dispatch, delivery delays may arise due to industrial actions, natural disasters, or customs-related holdups. Your understanding and patience are appreciated.
For returns, notify us within 14 days of the item’s arrival (excluding body jewellery). Report damages immediately upon receipt. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon return, we assess the product’s condition and issue a refund if necessary. 👍🏻
