Moqui Marbles

Moqui Marbles, also known as Shaman Stones or Thunderballs, are naturally occurring, round, iron-coated sandstone formations found primarily in Utah, USA. These stones, typically ranging from pea-sized to larger, are composed of a sandstone core surrounded by a layer of hematite or iron oxide.

They are often used in spiritual and metaphysical practices, with many believing they possess grounding and protective properties. Moqui Marbles are said to help balance energies, harmonize the mind and body, and assist in meditation or healing rituals. Traditionally, they are used in pairs, with “male” stones being rough and “female” stones smoother.
